(4)Ingredients: Ripe cabbage kimchi, pork belly, onion, minced garlic, soup soy sauce, anchovy broth, cooking oil, pepper, salt
(5)1. Prepare cabbage kimchi by using aged kimchi and cutting it into appropriate lengths.
(6)2. Prepare the pork belly by slicing it thinly.
(7)3. Marinate the pork belly with soy sauce, minced garlic, and pepper.

(9)5. Put oil in a pot and fry the marinated meat.
(10)6. When the meat is cooked, add kimchi and onions and fry until wilted.
(11)7. Add the prepared anchovy broth and boil until the kimchi and meat are soft.
(12)8. Adjust the remaining seasoning using soup soy sauce and salt.
